1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Talkminder mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Talkminder is a mobile application that provides AI-powered personal assistant features including task management, event scheduling, note-taking, habit tracking, and voice conversations. The AI assistant ("Misu") is powered by Google Gemini and provides suggestions and organization tools to help you manage your daily life.

3. User Accounts

To use Talkminder, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

Talkminder offers a free tier with limited features. Talkminder Pro is available as a paid subscription service managed through the Apple App Store with the following pricing options:

• Weekly subscription: $4.99/week
• Monthly subscription: $14.99/month
• Annual subscription: $69.99/year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged through your Apple App Store account. Refunds are handled according to the App Store's refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Talkminder for any illegal activities, harassment, generating harmful content, or attempting to manipulate the AI system. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service. You may not use automated scripts or bots to access the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Misu provides AI-generated suggestions, responses, and content organization. These are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any important information.

7. Intellectual Property

Talkminder and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by Talkminder and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content (tasks, notes, events, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a license to use, store, and process this content to provide the service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data. We use Supabase for secure data storage and Google Gemini for AI processing. Voice data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored by the AI provider.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Talkminder immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Limitation of Liability

Talkminder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talkminder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of Talkminder after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
